Safe Haven Education was founded by Deniz Erdem, following a career in senior commercial leadership across data analytics and enterprise SaaS.

That commercial experience, combined with lived experience of pattern-based abuse, including coercive control, informs a specialist focus on how these dynamics manifest inside organisations. Standard workplace approaches are not designed for these dynamics. This work exists to address that gap.
